this build is meant to be a support when it needs to be but also be able to hold his own at the top lane. This build will allow for you to deal damage and kill heroes and once you get set up never have to go back to the beginning unless you need items. You are able to do this because of garens ability on top of the high amount of hp you will be able to heal passively when out of combat and in the late game be able to also dish out big damage.
