Hello and welcome! This is my first build so I can't pretend to know all about "game mechanics" or anything, so I just chose what I thought are my favorite items for Garen. I play Garen as sort of a tank at the beginning, as he has only health and no AD, but after you get all of those health items and Atma's, that 122 AD comes in pretty handy when you use your roflcopter in team fights. I just added Bloodthirster because it's my favorite item, and I use it a lot with Brolaf. The fully charged up 100 AD is nice as well as the 25% Lifesteal, but at that point, who cares? If you get to this point, the match is already over or your team is so epic that you could get Archangel's and still own.
