(Q) This is the skill that creates the slowness on champions. Don't constantly use it though, it drains your mana rapidly when there are time that you need to ult or volley.
(W) It is usually used for ranged farming and used to damage. You can autoattack then Volley to do additional damage as a combo.
(E) This is a useful skill that gives you a few seconds of vision of anything. It also gives vision for your team to ult and you to ult. This also prevents incoming ganks if you don't have any wards with you.
(R) This is your ultimate. Again, Ashe's ultimate is global which can be used from afar. If you can accurately shoot your ultimate, it can increase the chances of winning a teamfight. The effects are stunned or slowed.
