Start with a Saphire Crystal and 2 hp pots unless you know you'll be able to get a kill. If you know you can get a kill start boots and 3 hp pots. Stay in lane until you can get boots and your catalyst. Don't be afraid to spam your let to heal and get mana since its on a short cooldown. Finish your boots and get your Rod Of Ages as fast as possible. Next depending on if ap or ad is wrecking get either a Zhoynas or a Force Of Nature. Afterwards get the item you didn't get. If ad is wrecking get Sunfire Cape in ap is get Abyssal.
