Howewer,I wanted you to show you about what are you wrong.
1.It is better to get
2.Glyphs-flat magic resistance,seals-armor.
3.It is not good to buy
4.Go for 9/21/0 masteries picking armor penetration in offense and completing the row where
5.I suggest maximizing

anyways, the biggest issue with your guide is that you have no resistances.
health does NOTHING when you have no armor. you're going to be 3 shotted by any AD carry late game.
however, yes, soul shroud does suck. mana regen is practically useless, that far into late game (with such a small amount) and 10% CDR+500 HP is a waste of an item. randuins has 350 HP, ~75 armor, amazing passives and active effects, and 5% CDR. with boots+blue pot+masteries and randuins, you should have close to max CDR.

All you did was list runes and items to buy, that's not much of a guide if you're not helping people who've never played her understand any of the basic strategies. It's good to let people figure out stuff on their on but there's no information for when their in the match on what are some of the things they should look out for. I could be missing something were you explained things but for something you put as the most time you spent on a guide I think you have the wrong idea of what a guide is for a champion on League of Legends. Informative build? Yes, Guide? No.
