Runes

This is the dominant Graves rune page at the minute (his winrate blows **** feelsbadman). Take A/S blues as your jungle clear is LIT. You take no damage at all (besides wraiths because those ****s are fast **** :/ ). If you're being anally penetrated by early AD junglers you can opt out for armor yellows instead of scaling hp ones. I prefer the scaling health yellows due to me not needing the armor whilst clearing as I don't get auto attacked from jungle buffs that much.

Pros / Cons

Pros : Great burst still (once he reaches plus 150 bonus AD the Q deals more damage than before.
Great Sustained DPS.
Deceptively tanky.
Got his Cigar back ;)
Can counter-jungle
Pretty decent in Solo Q

Cons:
Blows **** early game
Cannot gank for **** (unless you have red buff of course).
Will probably be nerfed again because people will ***** to Riot :D
