Hmmm ok I'm interested by this guide/build. It has a lot of potential but there are some flaws:

• I'd prefer the Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist or the Greater Glyph of Cooldown Reduction over the Greater Glyph of Magic Resist. You won't be meeting any casters in the bot lane but the extra CDR is useful early game.
• You could take a couple of Greater Seal of Replenishment to counter some early game mana problems. This is optional, not a must.
• Work as fast as you can towards your B.F. Sword it is so important. You can finish Berserker's Greaves first but then go for the damage. Getting an early Vampiric Scepter is usually not necessary.
• Exhaust is king! Never prefer Teleport except maybe when you solo top lane but that is not the place to be for Graves in the first place.

That is pretty much it, however I think your guide is a little short and could use a lot of extra sections. You could check out my guide for any ideas :). I'll be checking your guide for any updates.

Actually the reason i wait is because Zeal gives you a nice little burst of attack speed and movement speed but I feel like getting Black Cleaver First really helps your team A little more Shredded armor on an enemy helps everyone where as Attack Speed from zeal only helps yourself.

I'm Pretty sure you should get Phantom Dancer after your Berserker's, then black cleaver etc.
That Way Your attacks will cool down your dash sooner/faster.
