just tryied out some stuff... all this build gonna be about is getting realy well farmed and pwn everything ;)
i wanted do try if iceborn gauntlet procs with q what it does ;) so u get this ae dmg + the ae dmg from tiamat and suddenly u can lasthit 3-4 minions each wave with your q --> giving us 30-40 extra gold ;) how this you ask? q gives u maxed 8 gold / lasthit + 2 gold / lasthit from avarice blade.
and pickbocket mastery even gives u free gold for harassing, gp`s q counts as a melee atack so it provides u 5 gold hitting more than one enemy champ cause of tiamat? so u can multiply this effekt giving u in the best case 25 gold for free ;)

just so much i know i havent posted a complete build yet or any enhanced itemisations... this is just cause i think u can go on building whatever u feel comfortable with gp, not the biggest fan of tankplank myself but with this no fantastic item called iceborn gauntlet tankplank becomes a cc monster and gets incredible value for your team. or u just go for an nice ie and this new lightning gives u amazing dmg on your q and honestly 3 stacked ae items realy hurt at this point....
