Introduction

Alright, so let me tell you how I build and play competitive Ashe. Ashe is my favorite ranged champion, because I ****ing hate bruisers. Seriously, if you play a bruiser, you better not get within 20 feet of me or I'll cut your head off with my katana.

Masteries

I follow a basic 0/21/9 mastery build on Ashe in order to improve her beefiness and lane sustain. Grabbing Tenacity and Nimbleness improves your damage reduction and dodge chance significantly. It also improves your mobility which helps you kite and kill ****ing bruisers.

Runes

Dodge, Dodge, Dodge.

You need dodge runes in order to kill other carries in a 1v1. Master Yi up your ***? Dodge his attacks and two shot him. Overpowered bruisers dashing into you? Not a problem with dodge runes plus Nimbleness.

I use HP quints because if there's one thing I hate more than bruisers, it's entering a lane with less than 500 health. You can't win your lane when you have less health than your opponent.

Any marks and glyphs are fine.

Skills

You'll want to follow my skill order of maxing Frost Shot first to maximize kiting potential.

Grabbing 1 rank in Volley early is important for kiting, but it doesn't do any damage, so more points are just a waste.

You'll want to have Hawkshot maxed by mid game so you don't have to buy any wards.

And obviously, put ranks in your ultimate for extra burst damage and 1v1 potential.

Items

Anyways, you'll want to follow my build so you can 1v1 anyone in the game. Some people tell me to build Last Whisper to damage tanks. **** that ****, tanks do no damage and are even more overrated than my long neck. Black Cleaver lets you shred bruisers' armor so you can more effectively kite and kill them. Force of Nature and Frozen Heart are the two defensive items you need on Ashe. People talk about being "in position" and how I'm always "out of position". Please, show me where this position is, so I can decapitate you too. Positioning is for people who don't build correctly. When you have 150+ armor and magic resist, you can tank anyone for a few seconds and then kill them with your superior damage. Infinity Edge is super pro and has the best damage output of any item. Combined with your Bloodthirster, you'll be able to out-lifesteal any carry in the game. Boots of Swiftness combined with the movement from Force of Nature allow you to outmaneuver and kite anyone.

Epilogue

Thank for reading my guide. It's netted me quite a lot of wins and I feel I've perfected how Ashe should be built and played. Please upvote and leave a comment!
