Runes and Alternatives
Starting off with a bonus 13 damage is really good especially when you are Draven :)
Note: It is incredibly important one farms well with Draven
Draven Is one of the strongest marksman in the game, but needs to have both of his spinning axes active.
While he has his axes up, it is important that one tries to catch every axe they can.
Note: Forget the ones that are too close to the enemy support if it is a highly aggressive champion. (e.g Thresh , Leona , or Lulu .)
Otherwise, Draven should not have any troubles with getting decent farm and adoration stacks.
Spells and Alternatives:
Flash - A must need on most any champion, especially Marksmen,
With plenty of enemies with gap closers on the field of justice, it is important that one takes Flash to not only escape death defying situations, but also make some big plays.
Heal - Now that Heal out performs Barrier in most situations, Heal is the better choice, especially with the new buffs to it, granting not only more protection than barrier does but also a slight movement speed boost which can be vital to some situations.
Barrier - An alternative to Heal. Both do the same thing, however heal is better as of now.
Ignite - Only take ignite if you know you are going to be able to win lane hard and have a support that can go in that can 100% keep you alive meanwhile crushing your opponents.

For people that may be asking.
"Why are you getting Sword of the Divine"
Well I'll tell you :)
Draven excels in 1v1 situations. More specifically, picking off the enemy Marksman with ease.
Along with the Base Damage from Draven's Spinning Axes, they have the chance to crit as well.
Sword of the Divine is the perfect item for that. Along with giving you + 100% attack speed while activating the item, it gives a bonus 100% crit chance as well.
So both of your Spinning Axes will crit dealing half, if not more than that, to the enemy marksman.

This section I'll go over some match ups that you will most likely see in bottom lane:
Before we begin. We need to go over what makes a counter to Draven, a counter.
A counter to draven would be champions that can diminish the damage he can do, in scrimmages and in prolonged battles. One such champion can be Varus/Thresh/Leona
These champions are able to stop Draven so he would be unable to catch his Spinning Axes.
Draven's biggest challenge however, is being able to take down the enemy marksman and APC.
Some challenging ADC's that Draven will need to go up against can be Vayne/Lucian and maybe even Ezreal.
