Introduction

Hello This is just a build not a guide on how to play heimer this is solely a Build. I will however go over some of my choices.

Runes

standard Glpyhs and Marks but the Quints and Seals are all about dodging between Ninja Tabi Seals Quints and Masteries you have a 25% chance to dodge which is amazing for escaping and general Survivability.

Masteries

Heimer Craves speed so Quickness is amazing especially early game before you have your ninja tabi.
The faster you gain XP the better you'll be able to push a lane or assist in team fights.
Strength of Spirit for HP/5.

Good Hands can be used over Perseverance.

Items

Ninja tabi for Dodge.
Morello's can be replaced by Frozen Heart but only if the opposing team is very Melee Heavy. If so take Tear of the Goddess before it.
Rylai's is amazing for escaping and chasing and if you use Upgrade then Rockets you will be slowing 5 people at once or 3 people with just Rocket.
If you're going to die use Zhonya's because your turrets will keep attacking so you have a chance to kill your enemy before they get you.

Skill Sequence

personal preference but I like getting the Turrets to 3 so that you have 2 and upgrading rockets and Grenades. If not good at Skill Shots you'd be better off maxing out your turrets.
With Upgrade + Morello's or Frozen Heart you have the CDR cap of 40% so you can spam your skills rather quickly the only problem is your mana and between runes masteries and items you should have around 55-60 per 5.
