This is a build for an Ez that should be supported by soraka,lulu or taric (blitz if possible). The point of this build is to deal damage early game with your Q'. As the W' got nerfed, you should't need it to get the other adc, you shouls use Q' and E', as they are maxed.
Very, but VERY important is to hit the adc with your Q'
-use your E' to run away from ganks or from stun attempts of the support
