Sorry about not saying too much about this build. Let's say this build is usefull, when u know how to gang, and afterward in mid game u can totaly rule. The most usefull is to use all items, ghost E and assault enemy players with such a speed they won't even recognize they're dead. Of course u can combite your items how u want. This is just my personal opinion of nice way to play Hecarim

Jungling route is simple. When u get some help on blue, go for wolfes, wraiths, golems, red... Then return and go again by your choice. Of course gang when u see any opportunity.
