Runes will help you dominate the lane in early game with passive E poke and basic attacks. You will also sustain a lot but try not to go in too deep.

The build for 40% is tanky so it gives you a lot of sustain. You can hook but yo can also take it deep because you will be tanky a lot and they might not even focus you which will give your team easy picks on the enemy.

At early game you want to go as much aggresive as possible so you can dominate the enemy botlane and not let them farm thus feeding your ad and getting some early objectives. If you see the enemy pushing you back, call the jungler and if the gank was good try to go for dragon or first tower. In midgame if you hook a enemy apc or adc go for it! Bring them close to your team for the easy picks. If the enemy has a good frontlane just stay with ur ad and peel them hard! One last thing - never let your team tilt or go afk farm. Ping and spam them to go fast for objectives. This will bring you some good elo and fast. Enjoy
