Summoner Spells

Ignite is a pretty obvious pick. It can be substituted with exhaust of you really want to, but it's not really needed, since Mocking Shout lets you catch almost anything. If you can't, your ghost can do the job. You can also replace ignite with teleport if you prefer it. You don't really need flash since your Spinning Slash is a gap closer and an escaping mechanism.

Masteries and Runes

For masteries I recommend 21/9/0. Make sure to get the Lethality and Frenzy masteries. For runes you can use a basic AD rune page. You can substitute the attack damage quints for life steal quints to boost your sustaning ability.

Item Build

For starting items I like to go with a Brawler's Glove and some health pots. Try to rush a Zeal, a Bilgewater Cutlass and Berserker's Greaves. These three will allow you to chop your enemy down and keep your health up.
The late game build depends somewhat on your personal preference, but you absolutely need a Phantom Dancer, Blade of the Ruined King and an Infinity Edge.
