so basicly what you want to do is get up aand close run to the farthest bush through the first two but ward the first if the unknowing enemy comes in he will be screaming when he gets out traded (dont run under turrent even if it seems you will get kill b4 minions spawn not pretty what the end result is) after minions spawn you want to hit the first dude and keep going with that slap the enemys face in the ground if he comes near your aa range heal with your q when you have basickly around more than 25% hp gone get e when you hit 2 be carefull because jg might come soon and farm with q but dont go under tower when you hit 3 you get q again and you do some real tough damage you try to bully the laner under tower so he begs jg to come but keep doing the q sustain back when your enemy backs if you arent 3 kills ahead or when your low without ult or you have your lane pushed far out

basickly get out if you dont have ult and you are almost full health bullying lane to do this use e to get extra speed flash if necesary but if you have all things for an encounter what you want to do is wait for your q bar to get full and then heal to get the most dmg and most heal without heal being capped and heal starts cooldown use e to dodge and get dmg ult if 15-25% remaining ignite helps get enemys shred quicker but however if they have a stun and are beating you up and your ults abought to go GET OUT use e flash do what ever you dont want to give the enemy laner a kill or give jg a kill because you are supior with your q and you want to stay that way

so basicly its hard to attack the enemy under tower unless you have ult or use q with higher lvls in game but with that being said you can also e or use flash or use both if needed try avoiding this more range for jg to gank and you take a lot more damage then a normal 1 v 1 in lane so just wait until your wave goes in and dies when they are attacking dont attack the tower until the enemys not there because its really hard especially with teemo shen and some others like rammus where they taunt you or make you miss when taking a lot of dmg and for very little progress until you get your first ad item

dragons easily choped above lvl 7 for the big guys like elder and baron you need some help
