Laning phase:
Level 1: never hit any minions unless it's last hit, let the enemy perma push u and don't greed for minions if enemy hits u when u go for cs that is really bad

Level 2: at level 2 u have to Q the enemy so u can decrease his health when u go in at level 3

level 3: at this point enemy laner has to be at %80 health or lower if not doesn't matter u go in when ur E has 3 stacks so u can be able to use it in the all in, kassadin's level 3 shouldn't be underestimated it deals a hell of a damage for a level 3 champion, if enemy has any skillshot abilities like zed Q ur first priority should be to dodge them or u might lose the all in.

After all in: there are 4 possibilities now; first one u won the all in, second one, u lost the all in, third one u both escaped with low health, fourth one enemy didn't wanna fight bcs he is a pssy.

1. What to do if u won the all in: u won the all in great job, now u r at a really good point where u can kill ur enemy laner almost all the time, ur game plan should be turning this lead into a snowball, so ur game plan must be kill ur enemy laner push the lane and if u r not low hp roam but if ur enemy plays like a pssy, just push lane and roam don't just hang out in mid lane.

2. What to do if u lost the all in: u lost the all in u suck or enemy is playing a dog**** champ, so what now? ur game plan rn is to let the enemy laner perma push so u can farm under turret but if ur enemy takes a reset and if u r able to push the lane ur plan is to push the lane and roam the available lane and repeat this until u get at least 2 kills, after u got 2 kills and if ur enemy laner has still only 1 kp u r able to kill him. what to do after this? read "What to do if u won the all in"

3. What to do if u both escaped with low health: u both escaped with low health, what u gotta do now is to turn back to farming (this is a bait do this only if u r still able to kill ur enemy laner for example u guys are both at the same health which is lets say %30-40, %30-40 in level 3-4 is really low so what u should do is wait for ur electrocute and flash to gap close E Q W, that proccs electrocute and it should kill the enemy laner but it might need one more auto so u just gotta auto after, before or when u r doing the combo (for example E AA Q W) but don't make it too obvious that u r gonna do this if u make it obvious enemy can react to it.

4. What to do if ur enemy is pssy: enemy plays like a ***** and doesn't wanna respond he all in? just wait to hit leve 6 and try to kill him then bcs ur ult gives gap close, but if he still plays like pssy just push the lane and roam

Level 6: u just need to get prio and start roaming at level 6, tbh post 6 really depends on ur macro and if ur macro is good u should be able to snowball and win, if ur macro is bad tho don't play kassadin or u can watch my streams at twitch.tv/wavefunction21 and try to improve ur macro.
