Draven
Draven is a hard counter to Sivir because he have just 2 abilitys that you can spell shield and those abilitys are not dealing so mutch damage!

Level Order On Abilitys
You start with "W" to get haras on the enemy while you farming! Then go "E" if you are low on mana and they have a poke comp Bot lane! Otherwise go "Q" to poke the enemy down and push them under turret so the enemy marksman lose cs! If "Q" Second you go for "E" as third!
I Like to max "W" to get as mutch poke on the enemy as possible for as little mana as possible!
But max "W" if you know you are going to stay in early game for a long time! If you know Mid game going to happen early then max q for haras on the enemy team while waiting for engage!
Ricochet Tips
When you are farming in lane and are colse to lose a minion use "Ricochet" to reset you basic attack animation and use the same trick when you taking turrets or fighting! With this trick you get out max damage on the target!
Farming
Remember to allways try to haras the enemy with "W" when they are close to minions when you are farming! Remember you can skip to take some minions if you are going to get harased on (Obs. this is mostly with you going against "Draven")
