Pick/Ban

Try to get with an adc that has some sort of cc, Jinx(Flame Chompers + Super Mega Death Rocket), Caitln(Yordle Snap Trap), Vayne(Condemn), Draven(Stand Aside + Whirling Death), Varus(Chain of Corruption + Piercing Arrow), or Ashe(Crystal Arrow). This is so if you land a stun with your Q onto both of them, or just the adc, your adc can cc them, and keep the poke going.

Early laning

Early laning, i play more aggressive, so typically i buy a pink ward and a health potion. I do this because i can get up in their faces and not have to worry about outside support (Mid, jungler...etc) and i get a red ward to clear out their trinkets so no from anyone. Typically i wait for the adc to be behind 1 minion so you can lock them to the minion they're behind. Try to bind the support/adc to one another for maximun damage, and your adc can just poke them down.
