Personally I prefer barrier and ignite on Ez since his "e" ability is already a flash and you should use it only when attacking or running away.
Both barrier and ignite will allow you to out-sustain your opponent adc and get the kill or double kill.

This is easy just follow the ones I chose and you should be good.

The more AD and AP the item gives the better it will make your abilities so much stronger.

Play safe and spam your spells from far.Try not to engage as you probably won't deal dmg at start.
