Trinity Force and Lich Bane have unique passives that don't stack together. Nashor's Tooth only really works in a full AP build :|.

Hybrid TF is significantly weaker than AD or AP TF but is still fun. However this is not the correct way to do it.

I just started to play with this idea as well. I would definitely not use trinity with lich bane, but this is really close to what I came up with. Glad to see I'm not the only one who found this type of build effective.

One thing, lich bane and trinity force don't stack. When going hybrid TF one or the other is probably better, since only one will proc. The priority of it is Lich Bane > Trinity Force > Iceborn Gauntlet > Sheen. You might also want to expand you guide to explain Hybrid TF to newer players. Pictures and videos always help with this.
