This build is not meant to be optimal, this build is not meant to be overpowered, this build is meant to be a lot of fun to play so don't go out of your way to say it's unoptimal or bad, believe me I know. The fun of this build comes a lot from the amount of options WW has, he has scaling for both ad and ap and good items for both scalings. What this build offers your team is a hard to kill frontline that does damage and heals a whole bunch that can fill in on damage your team lacks or tankiness your team needs.

Kleptomancy can make huge amounts of gold for you even if you're falling behind in a lane. My second favorite rune in the tree beside klepto is transendence for it makes stacking cdr items more gold effecient than it otherwise would be and also gives you free cdr if you aren't stacking it. Out of the runes those are the most essential runes and the rest can be swapped depending on what you want to go for in a matchup.

You max your q first since its your most essential damage source and most important for sustain in lane, the w max second helps you with attack speed the build can lack and since you don't really need to max e it's just better for you, and that being said you just don't need poitns in e really.

A lot of the items a normal Warwick would buy have alternitives with different scalings, BOTRK has Gunblade, Trinity has Lichbane, and this build focuses on that to make it so you can optimally adapt your build based on each match and what your team requires. The majority of the build has a focus on well.. being focused, if you're taking attention off of your teammates wether it be with ulting in and healing, being too big of a threat to not deal with, or jumping onto the backline just to hourglass and bait out cooldowns then you're doing your job.

Warwick is a simple champion and you don't need to be very mechanically good at him to be useful. However, if you would like to make some outplays your main focus is going to be on avoiding CC by casting your q and holding to dodge around or go unstoppable, and using your ulti as a means to dodge on coming CC with the unstoppable.
