hello and welcome to my first build: "I´ll scout (for gold) ahead". I think this build is kinda good and I would be happy if it works for you too.

I chose these runes because it will help to have as much attack speed and movement speed as possible as well as mana regen and magic penetration.

these are the masteries I use and why.

good hands: because sometimes you need to get back on the field to help out as quick as possible. Also very efficient if the enemy has got someone who kills you alot, like xin shao.

Improved recall: same as above.

Meditation: when you are out of mana in the middle of a battle.

Swiftness: really really useful as teemo.

Greed: kinda obvious since this is a gold farming build.

Hardiness: If someone is pwning you some def could be useful.

resistance: good since there is so much magic damage that often kills you.

summoners resolve: it upgrades your ability to heal which will make healing more useful.

mental force: it upgrades almost all of teemos abilitys.

brute force: since teemo also inflicts phys dmg.

summoners wrath: usaful for killing champs with exhaust.

sorcery: for making the mushrooms regenerate faster.

alacrity: helps to make ionic spark better.

arcane knowledge: makes mushrooms go BOOM!!!

dealiness: for that extra crit when you need it the most.

and last but not least lethality: for more crit dmg.

I start out with boots of speed (or regrowth pendant whichever is needed) then i later on upgrade them to berserker greaves so youll never be too slow and so on.
Then i get ionic spark which helps alot at the gold farming. After that i get stinger(or if you need mana buy the fiendish codex) and upgrade it to nashors tooth.
Now, for some extra attack speed, I get the phantom dancer.
Later on I buy Avarice blade for crit and gold and also (if you haven't bought it yet) you buy the regrowth pendant or force of nature.

Blinding dart: you are going to use this alot when you battle champs since it's useful and has got a short cooldown. Use on enemy's at turrets.

Move quick: this is used for getting to and from enemies quickly. One trick is to place mushrooms in bushes (for an example the middle lowest bush on the twisting treeline) then run through it with an enemy champ after you and the second he gets slowed you activate move quick to get away.

Toxic shot: good for enemy champs running away with dangerously low health. use exhaust (or move quick whichever is working better) and then run up to him and shoot him before i wears
off.

Noxious trap: MUSHROOMS THAT EXPLODE!!! NUFF SAID!!!

these are the spells i use and why.

Heal: if there is a feeded champ after you and your going to die after one hit this is useful.

Exhaust: for catching up to champs that wont stop running away.
