ESSENCE OF NASUS
The main point is to stack your Q. Nasus is usually the weaker one in early 1v1's. This runes will help you asert some dominance in the lane early with your E so you can stack your Q more easily.
You have a lot of CDR, so press your ulti at the start of the fight, rather when you are half HP or less. It last 15 seconds which is a lot and even if it goes to waste, you'll get it back soon enough.
