I like your guide overall but I think like A Chubby Baby: is too short, but you have potential!. Let me show you a few tips to improve:

• You need to enlarge and improve your explanations (i.e. in Farming chapter you say things you have said before with another words), try to change this ^^.
• Maybe a situational item chapter would be good.
• Irelia is well-known as a champion who don't need some damage to hurt, so I'd rather change your Greater Mark of Attack Damage x9 and Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage x9 to Greater Mark of Desolation x9 and Greater Quintessence of Desolation. This is because her main source of damage resides in her Bladesurge, same as Hiten Style. This runes will help you better in damage output.
• Don't hesitate to recommend items like Atma's Impaler just because they're pretty used by players.
• A personal tip: use your own experience in games to explain better your combos / tricks in battle. You can add your personal touch giving information that anyone (or at least the most part of the community) could give ^^
