Ivern Guide to VICTORY

By PugsAndPigs
An introduction to Ivern
Ivern is one of the least played champions. Before playing him in games you should know some things about him. For starters, Ivern is fairly difficult; as his passive is quite confusing to new players and he isn't your regular jungler. Ivern: The Green Father, has a unique set of abilities. His kit is made up of: a root, a shield, a slow, a bush, a pet and a knockup. These next chapters will tell you more about his abilities and how to utilize them in your favor. After that, I'll write a chapter talking about his Jungle path.
Passive: Friend of the Forest
Ivern's passive ability ,Friend of the Forest, makes life a lot easier. Basically instead of damaging monsters (not including Drakes, Rift Herald and Baron Nashor)Ivern will mark them, after some time (depending on level) Ivern can go back to that monster, right click it and that monster will be freed, giving Ivern money. If you smite a marked monster, that monster will immediately be freed giving Ivern the same amount of gold. At level 5 or higher, if Ivern free's a buff monster (Blue Sentinel or Red Brambleback) A buff will be left for any ally to pick up (excluding Ivern or pets), if one of Ivern's allies kills a buff monster a buff is left dor Ivern to pick (excluding Daisy). Make sure to ping the buff when it's ready so your allies can get it.
Q: Rootcaller
Ivern's Q ,Rootcaller, shoots out a projectile that roots a monster or enemy, if Ivern or his allies right-click a rooted target, they will dash to it (how close the champion would dash depends on f they are ranged or melee). Keep in mind, after you dash to the enemy or monster they will stay rooted for the duration they were supposed to be rooted, and that Ivern can still dash to a rooted target if he clicks Q again.
W: Brushmaker
Ivern's W ,Brushmaker, summons a brush that any champion can go inside of. If Ivern goes inside the brush, his basic attacks deal more magic damage, this buff works and an epic monster and turrets. Keep in mind that Ivern or his allies won't have vision inside the brush, meaning this abilities should be placed strategically. The brush goes away over time.
E: Triggerseed
Ivern's E ,Triggerseed, is a shield that Ivern can use on himself, Daisy and his allies, after a short amount of time the shield will explode, dealing magic damaage and slowing all enemies it hits.
R: Daisy!
Ivern's ultimate ability ,Daisy!, summons a sentinel that does physical damage to enemy champions and epic monsters. After daisy attacks an enemy champion three times, on the third strike daisy will take a second to crack the ground in a straight line, knocking up all enemy champions in it's path, this doesn't works on epic monsters. Keep in mind that under a turret Daisy will get aggro above all other minions, if daisy attacks a champion under a turret, the turret will target you instead.
Ivern's Jungle Path
So at first you want to go to the bottom side jungle ,without being leashed, and mark the buff monster (red or blue) if the bottom jg has blue then mark wolves and go top jungle and mark red and raptors then go bottom jungle and take wolves the blue, chug your potions and mark gromp then wait in the bottom river bush for Scuttle Crab, mark then smite it and go on your way after you take gromp start ganking at level 4. If the bottom side jungle is red then mark red and then raptors and go to top jungle and mark wolves and blue, go back to take red and raptors then mark Scuttle Crab the same way and smite for secure, go back to the top jungle and mark gromp and take Scuttle Crab and smite it.
Notes
Well before you head off playing Ivern, you should know that Ivern does almost no damage early game and that you should be careful if you get invaded.
