Invade heavy, I suggest staying far away from her, she will win every 2v2 or 3v3 fight, extremely hard to counter gank. Only chance you have of winning against her in early gank skirmishes is if your laner has just significantly more damage than her
Sylas
Sylas is super good with Ivern, giving him that extra survability paired with a staff of flowing water and you guys will absolutely decimate the game. Your 2v2's early are also insanely good so don't be afraid to be aggro.

Champion Build Guide
I do stream so you can always find me on my twitch jittylol where I play tons of ivern games.
Summon Aery is a very good build for skirmishing. You can proc it tons of times through regular auto attacking or just from actively ussing Triggerseed on your teammates. This rune is extremely good with the Moonstone Renewer build just due to the fact that Summon Aery gets value from each set of Shield power percentage you buy. It allows you to scale extremely well into the late game and if you have a decent late game comp, you can find Summon Aery coming in extremely cluith in these situations.
Guardian is an excellent rune to take when you want that early game power. Guardian shield early can massively change a fight in a 2v2 scenario mid lane, especially if you take some sort of other summoner such as Exhaust or Heal. If you are looking to make more plays with counter ganking or insane early game pressure. Guardian is a great rune to go. Just know that you are sacraficing some of that late game power in order to secure some early game dominance.
Rootcaller is an excellent source of cc but also peel. There is a plethora of ways to use this ability. Make sure though when you are planning to use this ability to sit back and wait on it a little bit. It's a slow moving ability and when you're coming in to gank an ally, if they have cc, its usually better to wait for them to use their cc then land the Rootcaller rather than throwing the Rootcaller and hoping it lands. This ability however, can be easily hit if you combine it with a Flash or Ghost followed up by a Triggerseed proc, effectively landing a decent slow gaurenteeing either a Flash from the enemy or gaurentee a hit on your Rootcaller which allows your ally to dash to the enemy, most likely securing a kill.
Rootcaller can also be used to allow you and your team to dash over walls to surprise an enemy, or even escape one! If you use a Rootcaller on a jungle camp, you and all your teammates who press on the camp which is snared can dash toward it! Allowing you and your team to dash over the wall!
Brushmaker is an amazing ultility spell. This spell can give vision in brushes that are not warded as well as put your teammates outside of vision, whether going for a brush cheese or mid fight where they are getting constantly attacked by the enemy. These brushes can come in clutch in scenarios where you or a fellow teammate are getting autoattacked by the enemy ADC. Pop a brush down and slap a Control Ward in it and you'll find that the enemy ADC is having a hard time attacking your team! You can then use this surprise lack of vision to turn a fight in your favor by using Triggerseed on your ally who is in the brush and then proceede to collapse all on the same target. One of the most benefical uses of Brushmaker though is definitely it's use of giving temporary vision on a Brush that is unwarded. Since Brushmaker has such a long range when it comes to placing down one of the Brushes, you can use it over walls to check if enemies are hiding out of vision in a brush in order to snag your team!
Ah, his bread and butter, Triggerseed. This ability can be proven to be incredbily useful if used correctly. Putting Triggerseed on the correct ally on a whim can definitely be tide changing. Whether you use it on yourself an ally or on Daisy can decide how you play a fight. There are some special interactions when it comes to Triggerseed which makes it so good. In order to understand these interactions you need to understand the core concept of the ability to begin with. When you press Triggerseed on an ally, the shield that you apply to them counts as them ESSENTIALLY applying it to themself. Meaning, if you put Triggerseed on an ally with Conqueror, they get that stack of Conqueror. That stack of Conqueror will also always be a melee stack, granting 2 stakcs of Conqueror and not just the one. This also applys to ally healing. Meaning if you put Triggerseed on someone who has built in lifesteal in their kit such as an Aatrox that means that they will get hp off the Triggerseed when it procs. It goes so far as to show that it is their damage at the post game screen rather than your damage even though you are the one that is applying it to them.
This is why Ivern is so good with bruisers, becauase not only do bruisers have to get up close and personal to enemies but he also helps them stack up their Conqueror by giving them survability and Conqueror stacks through his Triggerseed
It's a Daisy Stampede! Ivern's best pal Daisy!. If Triggerseed is Ivern's bread and butter. then Daisy! is the absolute creator of the universe. Daisy can be used in so many ways and I will try my best to keep the utilization of Daisy brief and informative.
The main uses of daisy would be this:
Using Daisy as a way to clear vision and drive enemies away from brushes. This is an excellent way for when you need to set up for a drake fight and you want to grab vision priority and the enemy is defending the Control Wards. You can plop Daisy down and put Triggerseed on her in order to scare enemies away from a brush. Being able to either get a massive slow on the enemies if they choose not to leave or pressuring them off the bush with Daisy knocup and Triggerseed in order to clear some vision for your team.
Causing absolute chaos is another thing Daisy is phenomenal at. If you plop her down during a teamfight and run her into the enemy team wtih a Triggerseed on her, chaos erupts. With Triggerseed at max rank you are essentially applying a 70% slow to the whole enemy team while giving Daisy! a chance to knockup. If Daisy does get the knockup during a massive teamfight, it's essentially like having a Malphite ult for free. It can turn a incredibly losing fight to an insanely winning one. Make sure you try to apply Rootcaller to whoever daisy knocksup though so your team can follow up with a swift dash onto said enemy and snag a quick kill.
Daisy is also extremely good at ganking, when you have Daisy! unlocked you don't have to depend on your team applying the CC for Rootcaller but you now can have daisy provide the knockup for you so you can gaurentee a Rootcaller. When you first summon Daisy she has an incredible amount of movement speed that fades pretty quickly, this can be used to gaurentee a Triggerseed slow and allow her to chase her enemy down to apply the knockup. When you just get her unlocked at level 6, very few champs have the speed to actually out run her off of spawn. Use this to your advantage.
Last but not least Daisy! can be used over walls, meaning you can put a Brushmaker on one side of the wall then use Daisy over the wall to plant her into that brush. Use Triggerseed on her to give her a nasty surprise that the enemies won't see coming! You can also start being sneaky and placing a Brush that they obviously can see people go in and out of, then, proceeding to place Daisy! in the brush over the wall to really throw them off!
If you have any further questions please let me know! This is my FIRST ever mobafire guide and I plan on actively updating it when I figure out more of what you guys are looking for and want. If I get enough questions i'll make sure to add a F.A.Q so you guys can be heard and answered! I am planning on adding an AP ivern section but that's a whole other can of worms and I won't add it if it doesn't seem to have enough demand!
I will update this every patch and give you a rough standpoint on where he is in jungle in the current patch.
Almost absolutely unplayable in solo queue, rare to find a game where you can solo 1v9 with.
