Thanks I've been wondering how to fix that . What comes to magic resist, I already mention to change glyphs to magic resist incase you are going to face a lot of magic damage. Also provides 25mr if you need some in lane. Still good idea with , I'll probably try that later.

Those 2 points to get some extra armor is just personal prefer. If I get mobos I don't really need wanderer, but bandit would still be nice. Yet again I did put those for alternative masteries.

What comes to 0/21/9, I don't think it's worth. You don't really benefit from those points other than early game. Sure it is an option, but if you are able to dodge skillshots in lane such as morgana Q or thresh Q, then you don't need to be tanky in lane.

You totally forgot about mentioning Trinkets in the cheat sheet thus as the start Trinket and after building . Id doubt whether these two points in are more effective than and . Btw, if going to build that squishy what about 0/21/9?
