first of all thanks that you take a look on my build for Jarvan and sry for my bad english i'm german and go to school so please dont flame about it :D

Pro

-Hard CC
-Good Ganks
-can Ulti the enemys AD or AP Carry for good Focus
-also very Tanky
-Hard to Gank
-good engage
-DEMACIIA !!!

Cons

-Meele Fighter
-enemy AP Carry can may outfarm you when you are not good in last hitting Creeps
-when you have an enemy AD Mid you'r ****ked up

To last hit minions with Jarvan is really easy because of his Passiv. I think i must'nt say more because everyone know how to last hit minions ... but care about enemy Skills :D

Jarvan IV is great in Teamplay because he can good engage and lead the Teamfight for example you use your E then ur Q and then R at the AD or AP Carry so you have much CC and Damage and your Team can attack the Enemy easy
