That's a good question... who am I anyway? and who are you? where do we go? where do we come from?
Anyway, regarding the important things, I shall present myself as UntraditionalBuilds, I am yust a normal player who likes to test new things every day, mostly on ranked.

Jarvan support

Why should I use Jarvan support?
Well, most because of this:
PROS:
High slow and gank capability
Very tanky
Still fast attack
Deals quite hard damage
What should I take note of?
Mostly this:
CONS:
To mana reliant
You are totally of role... play wisely and adapt.
People will think you troll.
You will need to swap items if necessary.

Simple combo's

Not much to say anymore of Jarvan, we can only advice to follow this combo:

E+Q for your knockback airbound and disable. You totally have to use it to avoid channeled spells.
R+E+Q, use this to box in your enemies (making almost 100% sure they can't go out...) and them get out yourself.
E+Q+W For disable + slow + shield. Usefull to finish off.
