Sir, I wrote this guide, IF a summoner just thought "Oh, how about I build Jarvan IV as a DPS Carry?"

Bloodthirster is a risky pick, since you would have already attracted the opposing team to focus on you in team fights.

As for the Atma's Impaler, like I said above, the opposing team is focused on you. Defense will get you nowhere near that Annie, summoning Tibbers and slapping you. It is better to pick a Banshee's Veil than Atma's.

Good build. Take seals of resilience and glyphs of warding though. +1

1st step. Dont play DPS jarvan.

But for a DPS build its kinda solid. You get really tanky from frozen mallet then a lot of damage.

I wouldn,t get Phantom Dnacer, id go probably Bloodthirster for the lifesteal but its fine.

Instead of a Warmogs id get an Atmas for the defense, crit, and damage
