The runes have to agree with the item build. Runes are not a matter of preference, you see. Thanks for the +1, I still use this exact build because it works like a charm in ranked.

Counter strike does more damage than Empower. Empower just has a lower CD, but shouldn't be using Empower to last hit creeps, you should be good enough to last hit creeps with auto attacks.

Yes I added items for every situation, glad you noticed! I explained the crit chance in full detail, I don't know if you read that part :/

The reason why I love crit chance is because if you stick to someone the crit MULTIPLIES your damage. I realized it when I was doing some testing with crit chance glyphs versus AP per level glyphs. I found out that the crit glyphs were about 60 percent more effective than AP per level glyphs in terms of average DPS over a long time span. I made a thread about it on the LoL forums and one guy said that AP runes are pretty bad. according to my results, he was right. But the big picture is that multiplication > scaling.

Okay first of all you're just saying i have fake accounts even though I dont. I just go on moba fire after school and I made a build for the character i like, you beat me becuase you practice doing that hundreds of times and you attacked me before we even agreed the battle was started so i couldnt get prepped and you already had ignite and all your SoTD and youmus popped jesus. If you want a REAl rematch 1v1 me on TT first blood wins.

you made a bunch of ****ing fake accounts and upvoted your build. I didn't force you to use any summoner spells you took ghost and refused to restart the game with a different spell. My rules were simply to not kill towers so we could farm out our builds, and then at the end.... I won. And you wanted a rematch. And then I won again. Get off of the internet you waste of digital space.
