Get your team mates to help you with wolves, then blue. Save your smite - get red next. You should hit level 3 after that, so get your leap and look for a gank at top. Most players won't expect it that soon, and won't be prepared.
Items
Hextech gunblade next, as this will help a lot with ganks. You slow your opponent, and damage them at the same time.
When you engage, save your Q if you can. The Hextech Gunblade will slow them down so you can stun them with your E. Then if they try to run or flash, you still have your Q to catch them.
The last two items should be modified as your situation warrants. Get more defence if you need it, or more damage.
