i think you should do the gun first and then do the Frozen Mallet and Atma's Impaler.

Since you buy Frozen Mallet slow from Trinity Froce is useless, also critical strike chance is also waste of money.
I'm honestly telling you to change Frozen Mallet with Rylai's Crystal Scepter.
