Introduction

Welcome to my Jax preS5 jungle build! I am not somekind of hardcore no-life player and made that build just for fun. Feel free to use it. I am also not a fan of long guides so it'll be really short. My english isn't too good, so prepare for mistakes ;)

Runes and Masteries

So about the runes and masteries, just a standard AD runes, same goes with Masteries 21/6/3. 6 in defence to make it possible to survive in new jungle, 3 in utility to speed up our Jax.

Items

There are actually two options for me: Ranger's Trailblazer or Stalker's Blade. In my opinion Ranger's Trailblazer is better choice because of fact that it increases our survivability which is essential in new jungle. In addition it reduces CD on Smite which will be viable for stealing drakes and maximize of bonuses that gives us smiting of monsters inside the jungle.
Randuin's or Warmong? I Would go for Warmong mostly as it seems to be very nice item nowadays, but it's always situational, you have to decide by yourself.
You can for Tabi Ninja and Thornmail if you lack armor or they are full AD.

Skill Sequence

So I am starting with E to avoid suffering from monsters inside the jungle, then maxing W, I would pick Q at 3rd level if I was going to gank, if not then take 2nd point in E.

Jungling

Start always from bot lane, smite golems if you start at blue side, smite Gromp if you start at purple, afterwards you go to the red/blue buff, wolves etc. Smite when possible, but smiting priority at lower levels should be the golems for additional stun - it works pretty nice with your E, making it a long stun.
