Summoner spells:
Flash can be taken optionally, instead of exhaust if you feel that you get stuck too often or enemy team has good CC. But Jayce has good engage and escape even without flash.

Jungle route:
Wraiths -> Red -> Gank the lane that has weakest early escape and least CC (don't spam abilities, you usually got mana for 1-2) -> Blue -> Gank / Wolfs -> Wraiths -> Golems (smite)-> Gank / Shop...

Boots:
Boots of Swiftness help with early ganks and work great with Thundering blow (melee E)
Mercury's Treads you should switch in mid / end game or pick early if enemy team has really much CC.
Ninja Tabi can be picked in late game if enemy team has really heavy auto attackers such as Vayne

I have seen people trying jungle Jayce in past, but none of them we're really that good.. But after testing it out myself, it turns out to be surprisingly strong when done right. So please be patient while I add more content to the guide.
