First of all , Jhin is a really cool champions with insanely high,but sustained, burst potential.
This item build and play style will show how to deal insanely high burst damage with each shot ,even though youre still safely positioned.

Jhins Stat scaling is the reason this build works.
The items are all Focused on Attack Speed and/or Crit.
His movement speed is drastically increased each time he crits . The movement speed is dependent on your bonus attackspeed. In other words , if youre fully build , each shot will deal a ton of damage while youre as fast as an adc can be. This allows you to stick to every enemy , chase them and kill them.
