I think this is a pretty well made guide for Jinx, I just have a couple suggestions for you. First off, try out Statik Shiv directly after you finish your IE. Emoriam is right, it gives you a huge power spike that long range marksmen like Jinx, Tristana, and Cait can abuse. Secondly, if you take 2-3 lifesteal quints you don't actually need such an early BotRK. With 3 quints and a dorans blade you have 7.5% life steal, which will heal you for around 22-30hp a crit by the time you have IE. If you're really hurting for the lifesteal you can still go for the early BotRK, but try it out friend!

You confused Mercurial Scimitar with Dervish Blade I guess. Besides, building Phantom Dancer or Statikk Shiv after Infinity Edge is a huge power spike supporting that IE purchase if you don't need thoses defensive stats from BorK.
