Jinx Passive Ability
Masteries, Threat by other champs, and Runes, and other things.
Anyways, Runes and Masteries are things I'm not skilled enough to judge so that's for your personal preference. Also I am not familiar enough with all champions to compare their threat levels.
Also, You must know how jinx works to play her correctly, this build is for basically any lane but works for me best in mid for some reason, yes, get wards to light up stuff etc.... but I'm too lazy to add that in.
P.S. I am not a really experienced player of LoL but if you play aggressive this build will work :D
