Route
I start from small camp(gromp or golems, depends on side). After i smite small camp for buff i go to buff camp.
When i finish first buff camp, i pop my both potions for enough HP and i will kill second buff camp.
When i get double buff i have 2 options, if i have enough mana i will kill wraiths/wolves, if im low i will recall and buy Stalker's blade and pots.
When i get my blade and pots i will farm until i see i can gank or lane is in trouble, since i have slow on my smite ganking early is quite simple.
