Cuz it brings an invis jungler that can do large amounts of damage and can be very deadly if played correctly. I play twitch jungle in Platinum level. This is just a basic guide, but when I started twitch jungle, I never had anything to go on and it has worked wonders for me. Start with e, doesn't matter which buff.
After getting 2nd buff, gank top/mid if not pushed against enemy tower
Start in q wait for invis then sneak up behind the enemy top/mid laner, aa, w, aa and move with him till right before he is getting to tower or low enuf to kill, E for finish

Use your range advantage from ur ult, stay in invis until main fighting has occurred and assassins have picked their targets not being u, come out of invis use R and Ghostblade, spray enemy team and stay in back line, after main burst rush up aa / E and bork to finish any stragglers or if u get low during fight
