When you finish your build you can also replace wriggles lantern for another Blood Thrister, also the boots of swiftness you can change it for Mercury's Treads depends on the other team.

Summoner Spells

About spell for jungling you will always need smite... i use ghost to scape sometimes when im in trouble also sometimes for gank I combine ghost with Devastating Charge so it will be harder attack damage, remember that hecarim passive is movement speed = attackdamage but you can replace ghost for exhaust is very usefull too.

Team Work

Remember you are a jungler, you will need play teamworking becouse you are going to gank everywhere... so always try to be smart, when you are going to gank try to go from behind and use Devastating Charge so you will push your enemy to your teammates, also if you are lvl 6 or more u can use Onslaught of Shadows when someone is trying to scape u can use it so you and your teammates can kill them becouse that spell got a fear.
