Introduction
First I will ask you not to downvote this "guide" due to lack of information. I'm not setting out to teach people how to play Karthus. I'm simply sharing a build that has worked wonderfully for me (currently 85% win ratio with Karthus).
That said, I hope you enjoy the build, and crush your opponents with it. A lot of people argue about the Iceborn Guantlet with me. Trust me, it works. It works well. The only time I wouldn't build it is if the enemy team had nearly no Attack Damage champions.
