1. Katarina has scaling armor and magic resist. Taking Greater Seal of Scaling Armor is kind of redundant when you also have Zhonya's Hourglass as a core item. I think you have enough armor. In fact, resistances are much better mathematically when they are backed up with health.

• Take Greater Seal of Scaling Health to make your resistances more efficient vs. an AP laner
• Take Greater Seal of Armor vs. an AD laner like Zed, Talon, or Yasuo since they do a lot of damage, even in the early-game. Their skills are on a much lower CD than Shunpo.
• Remember that most of the time, runes are for surviving the early-game. The rest of the runes are fine, though I would put into your guide that people new to Katarina take Greater Glyph of Magic Resist against AP laners that could harass you to death like Lulu, Heimerdinger or punish you severely if you make a misstep like LeBlanc.

2. Your masteries. This is mainly a preference thing, but I would move one point from Sorcery into Dangerous Game . Katarina is not reliant on CDR because of Voracity so it isn't a big deal to give up that mastery point. Investing it into Dangerous Game can mean the difference between surviving and continue getting resets to just flat out dying. I know it isn't the most efficient choice, but sometimes I think the best choice does not have to be the most efficient one.

3. Liandry's Torment is a horrible item on Katarina because you have no slows in your kit.

4. Spirit Visage is a horrible item on Katarina because you have no built-in healing effects. If you want magic resist, Banshee's Veil is much better because it prevents you from being nailed by a Javelin Toss or grabbed by Blitzcrank.

5. Abyssal Mask is outscaled by Void Staff. If you want your burst to remain relevant, keep your magic resist relegated to Banshee's Veil or Guardian Angel. Void Staff is essential for taking names and getting resets.

If your building all that burst with Deathfire Grasp and the massive AP items than you don't want to take Liandry's Torment. It's for poke and sustained damage, which doesn't fit well on an Assassin with that build.

Also, I think you messed up the coding for the "Item Sequence" bar in the Items section. It could just be a glitch on my end but you have 5 extra blank squares before the items themselves.
