Alright, some thoughts:

Less colors, more structure. It's a bit of a chaos right now. You're better off with bigger titles in a different color than everything in a different color.
"Advanced guide" - I want to see advanced gameplay & strategy chapters.
Elaborate on the summoner spells and viable options
Maybe some explanation on item choices and their perks/cons
Use less CAPS, which makes it an angry guide. Highlight with Bold or [size=4] text [/size]
Explain your skill order sequence
Turn on C2V (force comments (edit - right hand upper corner)
Please o please try to add some coding. Makes it so much more beautiful and fun to read
Read this
Go to Word and paste it all in a document. Then try to rethink your guide's structure and explanation order
