Than you are missing out on the fundamentals of crafting. But I can understand. Playing it safe is always best when you are unsure

I have not seen a Kennen build like this. To be honest, it's a lot like my Evelynn and Ezreal. A friend of mine has been looking into ways to play more energy conservative without losing the same effects and output. That's the only thing holding him from perfection with Kennen (literally). I will definitely show this to him.

Not to the best of my knowledge... He has AP scaling and the faster he attacks the sooner het gets a Mark on the target. This saves energy and when that bonus magic dmg hits, it will be nice since he has Mpen

I'm not rich enough to have Kennan but I would say that perhaps this build needs a little less attack speed a little more damage? I mean sure you have heaps of AP but doesn't Kennan need AD aswell?
