It's RCK here (IGN: RavingChaosKing) letting you guys know what build i use that works great for me. if you guys like it give me a up-vote, or if you have any suggestions, comment your thoughts and let me know.
If you guys and gals like this build for top lane, i'll do a jungle build for him. happy hunting :)

i chose the runes up there to maximize my dmg output with a bit of tankiness, armor pen for those tanks, atk spd for more attacks in less time which includes more dmg, and armor runes so you don't get tore up by AD's early game.

i chose these masteries because their pretty basic for a AD build while get some armor and hp to boot.

I chose these items for getting dmg and tanky at the same time, while using frozen to slow down enemies, so they can't get away. I chose 2 early dorans blades for the much needed dmg, hp, and lifesteal they bring for such a low cost. You can sell those doran blades later if you're short some gold and want to buy that item you need/want.

Now the other AD items are pretty self-explanatory, only reason to get banshees' is if they have alot of CC, banshees also gives you much needed hp and mana.
i put trinity in there because of the increase of movement speed, atk spd, crit chance, and the passives all would work great if you need more movement or atk spds.
Remember take out items according to the game your in and the champs you're against.

[1st] Evolve Enraged Blades

[2nd] Evolve Leap

[3rd] Evolve Void Spike or Void Assault depending on what kind of Kha 'Zix you like to play, choose Void spike for the harass and slow, or void assault for the reduced dmg while invis while gaining a 3rd invis instead of 2.

i chose Flash and exhaust.

[Flash] Because you can use it to escape, catch up to kill someone or save an ally.

[Exhaust] Almost the same reason as Flash except it reduces their movement spd, and armor/magic res. for making a easier kill. or slowing someone for a get away.
