Usually you should do the standart 5 camp clear starting from bot side buff ending at top side buff and then scutler, but if you are against weaker junglers in the early game like kayn i usually want to get level 3 fast and invade him.
Evolution
If i go duskblade i usually evolve R first, so i can be invisible for like 10 seconds in a teamfight, other than that i usually always evolve Q first

Gameplay and Isolation
Its almost impossible for you to kill someone from full hp if they are not isolated, thats why you should always wait for the right moment and strike when they are isolated, you oneshot almost everyone if they are isolated.
