Hai guize. This is the third build I've made on Mobafire, but this is the first actually viable one that I've maade. In this following written guide I will tell you why chose these items and summoner spells and other alternatives to what are in the build above. Make sure to read these chapters and enjoy the build!

I prefer to evolve my skills as Q then E then R. Q then W then R is also a viable option but I prefer to evolve my leap for better kill and escape potential. However, evolving your W is also a good idea if your team is weak on team fight potential.
I max my skills in the order of Q then W then E, taking my R at levels 6,11,16. I max my Q first for obvious reasons, the damage is absolutely INSANE, especially on targets that are isolated. I then max my W over my E because leveling up the E does not increase the range and the damage on the W is very good (even if you don't evolve it).

These are basic runes for top laning. Some armor, magic resist and attack damage. If you want, you could take armor pen reds and ad quints or armor pen quints and ad reds. The masteries are 21 into attack and 9 into defense, pretty basic for an ad top.

I like to start with boots and 3 health potions, then buy a brutalizer. Then, I like to either buy Mobility Boots, Merc Treads or Zerkers. I prefer the Mobility Boots but either the Merc Treads or Zerkers are both viable options. I then like to rush a Last Whisper for that really strong early damage and a phage after that for some durabilty and a little damage. After that, I'll buy a Bloodthirster for it's great damage and life steal. Follow that up by building your Phage into a Trinity Force and then get a Maw for magic resist and damage. Finally, you can build your brutalizer into a Yomuu's Ghostblade OR you could sell the brutalizer and buy something like a Warmog's or a Frozen Mallet for more tankyness.

I prefer to roll with Exhaust and Ignite over Flash and Ignite since you have your E. If you really feel as though that is not enough for you, taking flash is alright. Often times instead of exhaust and ignite I'll take Teleport and Ignite or Teleport and Exhaust.
