For top, I usually get Teleport for quickly getting back to it, since your jungler can't always be there. But I definitely won't downvote just because of that O.O

I feel as though teleport hinders him from fighting at the level he should be played. Though that is up to you :) I personally don't feel he fits well in top, which is why I made this guide focused on middle, but it can be done. Thank you for the comment.

"for quick guide readers" there is last item Guardian Angel, at build you only mention it once, why would you take mallet over GA?
I'm confused? My quick guide readers has GA as the last item. If getting GA is a problem than by all means go mallet. <-- if that answers your questions. I personally prefer sticking to GA as last item.
Runes are just plain weird.
Ghost doesn't make any sense; either pick Flash or Barrier.
Massive CDR on a burst champ is useless.
Although what you say comes from your own point of view, Ghost makes enough sense since Living Shadow provides enough gaps and utility to escape and juke all at once. As I said it was my own personal preference and I found it to work well with Zed compared to the instant one time use Flash.
As for your "Massive CDR" comment. I find that it is not massive. And regardless of being a burst champion or not, he is highly dependent on his cooldowns maxed or unmaxed and to utilize his Death Mark fully needs to dish out enough damage to compensate. Thank you for your comment though.
